Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
Heat Aqua (Water) to 50°C in a stainless steel vessel.
Add Cocamidopropyl Betaine and Decyl Glucoside, stirring continuously.
Additives Phase
Add Sodium Citrate and Sodium Bicarbonate slowly to the mixture.
Ensure the mixture is fully dissolved and homogenous.
Adjustment Phase
Add Benzyl Alcohol and Vegetable Glycerin while maintaining temperature.
Stir Citric Acid slowly into the mixture for final pH adjustment.
Cooling Phase
Cool down the mixture to room temperature.
Once cooled, transfer the product to desired packaging.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of cleaner to the shoe surface using a clean cloth or brush. Scrub gently to remove dirt. Allow to air dry. Use as needed.
