Manufacturing Process

Melting Phase

  1. Weigh and melt shea butter and beeswax in a double boiler setup under gentle heat until fully liquid.
  2. Add coconut oil and grapeseed oil while maintaining the temperature to avoid any solidifying.

Mixing Phase

  1. Once the base oils are thoroughly melted, remove from heat.
  2. Stir in jojoba oil and allow to slightly cool but remain liquid.
  3. Add Vitamin E for antioxidant properties.
  4. Blend in fragrance oil last for maximum scent retention.

Forming and Cooling Phase

  1. Stir in kaolin clay for improved texture and absorption.
  2. Pour the mix into solid cologne stick molds.
  3. Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 30 minutes to ensure proper solidification.

Usage Instructions

Apply directly to pulse points such as wrists and neck. Use sparingly as needed for a refreshing, long-lasting scent.
