Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
Combine Aqua and Glycerin in a mixing tank.
Heat mixture to 75°C while stirring until uniform.
Active Ingredient Phase
Add Biotin, Panthenol, and Caffeine to heated mixture.
Continue mixing until fully dissolved and uniform at 75°C.
Oil Phase
In a separate container, mix Jojoba Oil, Rosemary Oil, and Peppermint Oil.
Add the oil mixture to the main mixing tank.
Cooling and Preservation Phase
Slowly cool down mixture to 40°C.
Add Aloe Vera Extract, Preservative, and Fragrance, mixing until uniform.
Final Check and Packaging
Conduct a pH and viscosity check to ensure product specifications.
Transfer serum into sterile containers.
