Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat Distilled Water to 75°C in a stainless steel mixing tank with continuous stirring at 300 RPM.
Add Glycerin and Aloe Vera Gel to the water and mix until homogenous.
Oil Phase
In a separate container, combine Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil, and Emulsifying Wax.
Heat the mixture to 75°C until it becomes a uniform liquid.
Emulsification Phase
Slowly add the Oil Phase to the Water Phase while maintaining temperature at 75°C, using a high-shear mixer at 2000 RPM.
Continue mixing for 15 minutes to ensure a stable emulsion.
Cooling Phase
Gradually cool the emulsion to 40°C while stirring gently.
Incorporate Chamomile Extract, Preservative, and Vitamin E. Mix until uniform.
Final Processing
Conduct viscosity and pH checks to ensure product consistency and safety.
Fill into sterilized containers at room temperature.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount to the face and neck twice daily, morning and evening, ideal for use after cleansing. Massage gently in circular motions until fully absorbed.
