Manufacturing Process
Initial Mixing
Combine Portland Cement, Fly Ash, and Superplasticizer in a dry state and mix for 2 minutes.
Add Recycled Coarse Aggregates and Fine Aggregates to the dry mixture.
Wet Mixing
Gradually add Water to the dry mix while continuously stirring.
Mix thoroughly for 5 minutes to ensure uniform distribution of ingredients.
Final Additives
Incorporate Air-Entraining Agent and mix for an additional 2 minutes.
Inspect mixture for consistency and adjust water content if necessary.
Usage Instructions
Ensure all surfaces are clean and free of debris. Pour the mixed concrete into desired formwork and compact to eliminate air pockets. Cure under appropriate conditions for at least 28 days to achieve optimal strength.
