Manufacturing Process
Oil Phase
Melt Carnauba Wax and Candelilla Wax using a jacketed kettle at 75°C for 30 minutes.
Add Shea Butter and continue heating until fully melted, maintaining temperature at 75°C.
Combine Sunflower Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, and Lavender Essential Oil in a separate container, gently heat to 40°C.
Blending Phase
Slowly add the oil mixture to the melted waxes under continuous stirring using a high-shear mixer at 2000 rpm until homogeneous.
Stir in Vitamin E and continue mixing for an additional 15 minutes at 60°C.
Perform QC tests for texture and homogeneity, adjusting mixing speed if needed.
Cooling Phase
Reduce the mixer speed to 500 rpm and allow the mixture to cool gradually to room temperature (25°C).
Ensure complete solidification by observing the product at every 5°C drop between 60°C and 25°C.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of conditioner with a soft cloth, rubbing in circles to allow absorption into the leather. Buff with a dry cloth for a polished finish, repeating monthly or as necessary.
