Measure and combine Mineral Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Sweet Almond Oil, Lavender Oil, Chamomile Oil, and Vitamin E.
Heat gently to 40-45°C while stirring to ensure uniformity.
Emulsification Phase
Add Polysorbate 80 to the warmed oil blend with continuous stirring until fully incorporated.
Ensure the blend is clear with a consistent texture.
Cooling Phase
Allow the mixture to cool down to room temperature while stirring occasionally.
Package in sterilized bottles ready for distribution.
Usage Instructions
Add a few drops of the oil to warm bath water. Gently swirl the water to disperse the oil, then bathe the baby as usual. Rinse with clean water and pat dry.
