Manufacturing Process

Aqueous Phase

  1. Combine Water, Glycerin, Aloe Vera Extract, and Chamomile Extract in a main vessel.
  2. Heat to 40-45°C while stirring continuously until uniform.

Surfactant Phase

  1. In a separate container, mix Cocamidopropyl Betaine and Decyl Glucoside.
  2. Add the surfactant mixture to the Aqueous Phase slowly while stirring.

Preservation and pH Adjustment

  1. Add Phenoxyethanol and Sodium Benzoate to the blend.
  2. Adjust pH with Citric Acid to a range of 5.0-5.5.

Cooling

  1. Cool the mixture to room temperature while maintaining gentle stirring.
  2. Perform a quality check for consistency and pH.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount of shampoo to wet baby hair, lather gently, and rinse thoroughly. Avoid contact with eyes.
