Manufacturing Process

Aqueous Phase

  1. In a large mixing tank, add Purified Water and slowly stir in Aloe Vera Leaf Juice.
  2. While stirring, slowly add Cucumber Extract, Glycerin, and Chamomile Extract.
  3. Heat the mixture to 50°C and maintain temperature.

Surfactant Phase

  1. In a separate container, mix Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside until fully dissolved.
  2. Add Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate to ensure proper dissolution.

Combination Phase

  1. Slowly combine the Surfactant Phase into the Aqueous Phase with continuous stirring.
  2. Cool the mixture to room temperature while stirring.

Impregnation Phase

  1. Distribute the organic cotton wipe substrate evenly in an impregnation chamber.
  2. Spray or pour the pre-moistened solution evenly onto the cotton wipes until fully saturated.
  3. Package the wipes promptly into sealed, moisture-resistant packaging to maintain freshness.

Usage Instructions

Used for cleaning and soothing the baby's skin as needed. Ensure the package is properly resealed after each use to prevent moisture loss.
