Manufacturing Process
Phase 1 - Preparation
Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitized before use.
Prepare a clean, temperature-controlled workspace.
Phase 2 - Mixing
In a clean mixing vessel, add Silicon Dioxide and slowly add Isopropyl Alcohol while stirring.
Continue stirring and add Tetraethyl Orthosilicate gradually.
Add Polydimethylsiloxane and continue mixing until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Incorporate Ethyl Alcohol to adjust the viscosity.
Slowly add proprietary nanoparticles while stirring continuously to avoid clumping.
Phase 3 - Finalization
Allow the mixture to settle for 30 minutes.
Check the mixture for any inconsistencies and homogenize thoroughly.
Filter the mixture to remove any particulates if necessary.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of the coating using a microfiber applicator pad, evenly distributing over the vehicle surface in a crosshatch pattern. Allow the coating to cure for at least 4 hours before exposing to water. Full set curing time is 24 hours.
