Manufacturing Process

Phase 1 - Preparation

  1. Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitized before use.
  2. Wear appropriate protective equipment (gloves, goggles, mask).
  3. Prepare a clean, temperature-controlled workspace.

Phase 2 - Mixing

  1. In a clean mixing vessel, add Silicon Dioxide and slowly add Isopropyl Alcohol while stirring.
  2. Continue stirring and add Tetraethyl Orthosilicate gradually.
  3. Add Polydimethylsiloxane and continue mixing until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  4. Incorporate Ethyl Alcohol to adjust the viscosity.
  5. Slowly add proprietary nanoparticles while stirring continuously to avoid clumping.

Phase 3 - Finalization

  1. Allow the mixture to settle for 30 minutes.
  2. Check the mixture for any inconsistencies and homogenize thoroughly.
  3. Filter the mixture to remove any particulates if necessary.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount of the coating using a microfiber applicator pad, evenly distributing over the vehicle surface in a crosshatch pattern. Allow the coating to cure for at least 4 hours before exposing to water. Full set curing time is 24 hours.
