Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Combine shea butter, soybean oil, lemongrass oil, and coconut oil in a heat-safe container.
  2. Add cetearyl alcohol and beeswax to the oil mixture.
  3. Heat the mixture to 75°C with constant stirring until all components are melted and uniform.

Phase B

  1. In a separate container, combine water and glycerin.
  2. Heat the water phase to 75°C.

Phase C

  1. Add Phase A to Phase B slowly while stirring continuously to form an emulsion.
  2. Add polysorbate 20 and stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Cool the mixture to 40°C while stirring.

Phase D

  1. At 40°C, add vitamin E and potassium sorbate.
  2. Adjust to a pH of 7 using a suitable pH adjuster if needed.
  3. Continue stirring until the mixture becomes a uniform cream.

Phase E

  1. Pour the finished cream into stick molds and allow it to cool and solidify completely.

Usage Instructions

Apply the mosquito repellent stick generously onto exposed skin areas. Reapply as needed, especially after sweating or toweling off.
