Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Water Phase
Measure and heat Aqua and Glycerin to 70°C, ensuring complete dissolution of Glycerin.
Add Caffeine gradually while maintaining temperature at 70°C, stirring until fully dissolved.
Phase B - Oil Phase
In a separate container, combine Peppermint Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Tocopherol, and Panthenol.
Gently heat to 70°C to ensure proper mixing of the oils.
Phase C - Cooling Phase
Combine Phases A and B and homogenize for 15 minutes while cooling down to 40°C.
As mixture cools, add Niacinamide and continue to mix until evenly dispersed.
At 40°C, incorporate Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin, mixing thoroughly.
Add Fragrance last once the formula reaches room temperature, ensuring proper scent distribution.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount directly to scalp, massaging gently in circular motions. Use daily for best results. Suitable for all hair types.
