Manufacturing Process
Pre-mixing Phase
Measure all ingredients accurately, ensuring all equipment is sanitized.
Pre-mix Isopropyl Alcohol with Benzalkonium Chloride using a high-shear mixer at 500 RPM until homogenous.
Main Mixing Phase
Combine the pre-mixed phase with water in a stainless-steel mixing tank at room temperature.
Gradually add Fluoropolymer dispersion while continuing to mix at 600 RPM for 20 minutes until completely homogenized.
Final Processing
Introduce BHT into the formulation and mix for an additional 10 minutes.
Conduct a quality control check for homogeneity, pH (aim for 6.5), and ensure no phase separation occurs.
Usage Instructions
Hold the spray nozzle 15-20 cm from the canvas shoes. Apply evenly across the entire surface for complete coverage. Allow the shoes to dry in a well-ventilated area for at least 24 hours before wearing.
