Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat Aqua, Glycerin, and Aloe Vera Leaf Juice to 70°C while stirring.
Mix until uniform using a high-shear mixer at 3000 rpm.
Maintain temperature and transfer to main processing vessel.
Active Addition Phase
Cool the Water Phase to 40°C, then add Activated Charcoal and Walnut Shell Powder.
Mix at 1500 rpm until evenly dispersed.
Quality control: Check for powder dispersion and adjust mixing as necessary.
Surfactant Phase
Add Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Cocamidopropyl Betaine to batch.
Continue mixing until homogenous solution forms.
Final Processing
Cool the mixture to 30°C, then incorporate Phenoxyethanol and Fragrance.
Mix gently to avoid air incorporation.
Quality control: pH measurement and viscosity check.
Usage Instructions
