Manufacturing Process

Phase A - Resin Preparation

  1. Mix Acrylic Resin with Solvent Blend in a high-speed mixer at 500 RPM for 30 minutes until fully homogenized.
  2. Ensure adequate ventilation to dissipate solvent fumes.

Phase B - Additives Integration

  1. Slowly add Titanium Dioxide to Phase A under continuous stirring at 300 RPM.
  2. Add Benzotriazole UV Absorber, HALS Light Stabilizer, Wetting Agent, and Silicone Flow Control Additive sequentially, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  3. Mix for an additional 45 minutes until all components are uniformly dispersed.

Phase C - Final Adjustment

  1. Incorporate Anti-Settling Agent while maintaining agitation at 200 RPM.
  2. Continue to mix for 30 minutes to achieve a stable and homogeneous mixture. Adjust the viscosity as needed with additional Solvent Blend.

Usage Instructions

Apply the UV-Protective Base Coat Formula using a spray gun at a pressure of 40-60 psi. Ensure a uniform application by applying in thin, even layers, allowing for adequate drying time between coats. Follow with a compatible clear coat for optimal protection.
