Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Add water to the main mixing vessel.
  2. Slowly disperse Calcium Carbonate into water while stirring to prevent clumping.

Phase B

  1. In a separate container, mix Acrylic Polymer Emulsion and Polyvinyl Acetate.
  2. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A while stirring at moderate speed.

Phase C

  1. Add Glycerin and Sodium Polyacrylate to the mixture, ensuring thorough dispersion.
  2. Add Preservative (Phenoxyethanol) while maintaining gentle mixing.
  3. Adjust pH by slowly adding Sodium Hydroxide to achieve pH 7.

Usage Instructions

Apply the adhesive in small dots on the surfaces to be bonded. Press the surfaces together and hold for a few seconds until initial adhesion is achieved. Full set time is approximately 24 hours.
