Manufacturing Process

Phase A - Saponification

  1. Carefully mix Sodium Hydroxide with water to create a lye solution. Allow to cool to 30-35°C.
  2. In a separate vessel, gently heat Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Shea Butter, and Castor Oil until completely melted and uniform.

Phase B - Combination

  1. Once oils are at 30-35°C, slowly add the cooled lye solution into the melted oils while mixing with a stick blender.
  2. Blend until a medium trace is achieved.

Phase C - Additives

  1. Add Activated Charcoal and Tea Tree Oil into the traced soap mixture. Stir well to ensure even distribution.
  2. Incorporate Essential Oil Blend for fragrance.

Phase D - Molding and Saponification

  1. Pour the mixture into soap molds.
  2. Cover molds and allow to saponify and harden for 24-48 hours.

Usage Instructions

Use daily as a facial and body cleanser. Apply to wet skin, lather, and rinse thoroughly.
