Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Add Aqua to a clean mixing vessel.
Heat to 70°C while stirring.
Phase B
Individually disperse Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, and Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate into the heated water.
Mix until homogeneous and ensure no lumps are present.
Phase C
Lower the temperature to 40°C.
Incorporate Glycerin, Aloe Vera Extract, Panthenol, Lauryl Glucoside and mix well.
Slowly add Citric Acid to adjust pH to exactly 7.0.
Phase D
Cool down to room temperature (25°C).
Add Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate. Mix until dissolved.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of the baby body wash to the skin or a damp washcloth. Gently lather and rinse thoroughly. Use during bath time or as needed.
