Manufacturing Process

A - Preparation

  1. Measure water and add to a large mixing vessel.
  2. Heat the water to 45°C for optimal solubility of ingredients.

B - Additive Mixing

  1. Slowly add Nonylphenol Ethoxylate and stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Introduce Cocamidopropyl Betaine and continue stirring to mix thoroughly.
  3. Add Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, ensuring it is fully incorporated into the solution.

C - Emulsification

  1. Add Polyethylene Glycol to the mixture, stirring continuously.
  2. Incorporate Glycerin to the batch, maintaining a homogenous solution.

D - Final Adjustments

  1. Add Citric Acid to adjust the pH to the desired level.
  2. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
