Manufacturing Process
Phase 1: Polymer Preparation
Dissolve biodegradable polymer in propylene glycol in a separate mixing tank.
Stir continuously at 60°C until completely dissolved.
Phase 2: Glyphosate Solution
Add glyphosate and citric acid to deionized water in the main mixing tank.
Stir until all components are homogeneously dissolved.
Phase 3: Emulsification
Slowly add the polymer solution to the glyphosate solution under continuous stirring.
Add nonionic surfactant and sorbitan oleate to the mixture.
Continue agitation until a stable emulsion is formed.
Usage Instructions
Apply the herbicide using a sprayer to the target area evenly. Ensure thorough wetting of all foliage for effective control. Reapply every 6-8 weeks or as required.
