Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
Combine water and polysorbate 20 in a mixing vessel.
Heat the mixture gently to 35-40°C while stirring continuously.
Oil Phase
In a separate container, mix neem oil, clove essential oil, peppermint essential oil, and sunflower oil.
Add the oil mixture into the aqueous phase slowly while maintaining constant stirring.
Finalization
Add citric acid to adjust the pH to 4.5-5.5.
Incorporate Preservative Eco and mix thoroughly until uniform.
Usage Instructions
