Manufacturing Process
Phase A
In a mixing tank, start with deionized water at room temperature.
Slowly add Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate and mix until fully dissolved.
Phase B
Add Cocamidopropyl Betaine to the mixture and stir until homogenous.
Incorporate Disodium EDTA and Sodium Chloride while mixing constantly.
Phase C
Adjust the pH to 7 by slowly adding Citric Acid solution as required.
Add Fragrance, Preservative, and Colorant and mix until fully blended.
Usage Instructions
Dilute the concentrated formula with water at a ratio of 1:20. Apply to the vehicle using a foam lance, then rinse thoroughly with water.
