Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Base
Combine Isododecane and Hydrogenated Polyisobutene in a batch tank.
Heat to 70°C while stirring until uniform.
Phase B - Additives
Add Silica and Dimethicone into the mixture while maintaining temperature.
Ensure even dispersion of silica by high-shear mixing.
Phase C - Waxes
Incorporate Candelilla Wax and Castor Oil into the mixture and maintain heat until fully dissolved.
Continue to mix thoroughly.
Phase D - Finish
Cool the mixture to 40°C then add Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance, and Iron Oxide.
Mix until a homogeneous product is achieved.
Pour into molds or containers and allow to cool completely.
Usage Instructions
Apply directly to lips as desired. Reapply for a more intense color or as needed throughout the day.
