Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat Water (Aqua) to 75°C and maintain temperature using a heated mixing tank.
Add Glycerin while stirring at 300 RPM using a high-shear mixer.
Introduce Panthenol and continue to mix until fully dissolved.
Active Phase
Lower temperature to 50°C.
Incorporate Green Tea Extract and Moringa Seed Extract while stirring at 200 RPM.
Ensure homogeneous mixing for 10 minutes.
Emulsion Stabilizing Phase
Adjust the mixture to room temperature (25°C).
Add Silicone Quaterniums gradually, ensuring even distribution.
Perform quality control check: Ensure uniform viscosity and no phase separation.
