Manufacturing Process
Dispersal Phase
Heat water (Aqua) to 70°C and maintain temperature.
Slowly add Acrylic Polymer to water under vigorous stirring using a high-shear mixer.
Ensure mixture is homogenous before proceeding to the next phase.
Incorporation Phase
Reduce temperature to 40°C and maintain.
Add Polysorbate 20 and mix until fully dispersed for 10 minutes at medium speed.
Introduce Copper Microfibers slowly and ensure even distribution using a paddle mixer.
Final Processing
Add Phenoxyethanol at 40°C and mix for an additional 5 minutes.
Conduct quality control test for homogeneity and pH.
Filter through a 100-micron filter to ensure particle size conformity.
Usage Instructions
Apply the coating evenly on the textile surface using a spray gun or dip method. Allow drying at room temperature for 12 hours before handling.
