Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat the water to 70°C and maintain temperature.
Dissolve Sodium Citrate in the heated water completely.
Add Non-Ionic Surfactant and gently stir with a paddle mixer for 15 minutes.
Active Phase
Cool the water phase to 40°C.
Add Benzalkonium Chloride and stir for 10 minutes with a high-shear mixer.
Incorporate Aloe Vera Extract, Menthol, and Fragrance, mixing thoroughly for 5 minutes.
Preservation Phase
Cool the formulation to room temperature (25°C).
Add Phenoxyethanol slowly while continuously mixing.
Conduct pH adjustment to ensure a final pH of 6.5.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of the product onto the footbed in a thin layer. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before wiping clean with a damp cloth. Repeat as necessary to maintain freshness.
