Manufacturing Process

Water Phase

  1. Heat water to 60°C and maintain the temperature.
  2. Disperse xanthan gum into heated water while stirring gently.
  3. Add cationic surfactant and mix at 300 RPM for 15 minutes.

Nanoparticle Dispersion

  1. Slowly add nanosilver suspension into the water phase.
  2. Continue stirring at 500 RPM for an additional 15 minutes to ensure uniform dispersion.

Final Processing

  1. Add polyurethane binder to the mixture while maintaining a moderate temperature of 40°C.
  2. Adjust pH to 5.5 using citric acid, monitoring with a calibrated pH meter.
  3. Incorporate phenoxyethanol and mix for 10 minutes at 200 RPM.
  4. Perform quality control checks for particle size distribution and potential agglomeration.

Usage Instructions

Apply as a spray coating directly onto textiles using high-pressure equipment, ensuring even coverage. Use 5 g per square meter of fabric. Allow to air dry completely before use.
