Manufacturing Process

Mixing Phase

  1. Heat deionized water to 50°C and maintain temperature for uniform dissolution.
  2. Add silver chloride under continuous stirring until fully dispersed.
  3. Introduce quaternary ammonium compounds gradually, ensuring complete dissolution and homogeneous mix.

Incorporation Phase

  1. Reduce temperature to room temperature.
  2. Slowly add acrylate copolymer with moderate stirring to prevent agglomeration.
  3. Blend polyethylene glycol until a smooth, uniform solution is attained.

Final Processing

  1. Conduct final viscosity check using a Brookfield Viscometer.
  2. Filter the formulation through a 5 micron filter to remove any particulates.
  3. Conduct microbial efficacy testing to ensure quality and safety standards.

Usage Instructions

Apply the coating uniformly on clean, dry textiles using a spray or dip coating method ensuring full coverage. Allow textiles to air dry completely before use. Reapply every 6 months for optimal protection.
