Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat Aqua to 70°C in a stainless steel mixing vessel.
Add Propylene Glycol and Glycerin, mix until uniform.
Cool down to 50°C before proceeding to next phase.
Active Phase
Slowly incorporate Sodium Hyaluronate with continuous stirring using a high-shear mixer.
Dissolve Ascorbic Acid in a small amount of water and add to the batch while maintaining 45°C temperature.
