Manufacturing Process
Oil Phase
Heat Organic Argan Oil, Castor Oil, and Shea Butter to 75°C in a jacketed vessel until fully melted.
Add Beeswax and Candelilla Wax while maintaining temperature, ensuring homogenous melting.
Mix with a high-shear mixer at 2000 RPM for uniformity.
Water Phase
Heat Water to 75°C separately in a stainless-steel tank.
Add Cetyl Alcohol to Water Phase while continuously stirring to maintain emulsification.
Final Processing
Slowly combine Water Phase into Oil Phase under continuous mixing at 1500 RPM.
Cool mixture to 45°C and add Fragrance and Vitamin E.
Continue mixing until the temperature is below 30°C for optimal consistency.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount to fingertips and work into damp or dry hair to style, define, and add a natural shine as desired.
