Manufacturing Process
Preparation Phase
Weigh all ingredients accurately.
Pre-mix water and preservative at room temperature (25°C).
Processing Phase
Gradually add acrylic polymer to the water mixture while stirring at 500 RPM using a high-shear mixer.
Introduce silica fume and calcium sulfate slowly to avoid clumping, maintaining the temperature at 30°C.
Add silicone emulsion and zinc oxide, continue mixing until a homogeneous gel is formed.
Perform quality control checks for viscosity and pH.
Usage Instructions
Apply the gel using a trowel or similar tool. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application. Allow to set for 30 minutes before exposure to water or chemicals.
