Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Water Phase
Combine water and D-Panthenol in a mixing vessel.
Heat the mixture to 70°C with stirring.
Phase B - Oil Phase
Melt beeswax, coconut oil, and lanolin together in a separate container at 70°C.
Add zinc oxide and mix until uniform.
Phase C - Combination and Cooldown
Gradually add Phase B into Phase A while stirring.
Cool the mixture to 40°C and add grapefruit seed extract, Polysorbate 20, fragrance, and colorant.
Adjust pH to 7 using citric acid or sodium bicarbonate if necessary.
Continue mixing until uniform and cool down to room temperature.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of the serum onto a clean, dry leather surface. Use a soft cloth to evenly distribute the product, ensuring deep penetration into the leather. Allow to dry completely.
