Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Heat deionized water to 70°C.
Add sodium citrate and stir until fully dissolved.
Add glycerin and sodium bicarbonate, mix until homogeneous.
Phase B
In a separate container, combine cocamidopropyl betaine and xanthan gum.
Add the Phase B mixture to Phase A with constant stirring.
Ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Phase C
Cool the mixture down to 40°C.
Add sodium percarbonate slowly, ensuring even distribution.
Stir in citric acid to adjust and stabilize the pH to 7 exactly.
Finally, incorporate the preservative and mix well.
Usage Instructions
Add 1-2 tablespoons to the laundry cycle to safely brighten clothes without chlorine.
