Manufacturing Process
Oil Phase
Combine Cetearyl Alcohol, Sunflower Seed Oil, and Polysorbate 60 in a heat-safe container.
Heat to 70-75°C until all solids have melted and form a uniform mixture.
Water Phase
In a separate vessel, combine Water, Glycerin, and Cocamidopropyl Betaine.
Heat to the same temperature as the Oil Phase (70-75°C).
Emulsification Phase
Slowly add the Oil Phase to the Water Phase while stirring continuously.
Maintain temperature and stir for at least 15 minutes until a consistent cream forms.
Cool Down Phase
Allow the mixture to cool to 40°C while stirring.
Add Citric Acid to adjust the pH to 7, testing with pH strips or a meter.
Incorporate Xanthan Gum to enhance viscosity and texture.
Add Preservative, Essential Oil Blend, and Fragrance to the cooled mixture.
Ensure the mixture is homogenous with continuous stirring.
Usage Instructions
Add 50 ml of the fabric softener detergent cream directly to your washing machine drawer. Ideal for all fabric types.
