Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Heat Water (Aqua) to 75°C while stirring.
Add Hydroxyethylcellulose while maintaining stirring until dissolved.
Phase B
Melt Beeswax, Carnauba Wax, and Stearic Acid at 80°C.
Combine with Acrylates Copolymer, and mix until uniform.
Phase C
Add Phase B into Phase A while maintaining the temperature at 75°C and mix thoroughly.
Add PVP and Triethanolamine for pH adjustment.
Mix in Glycerin, CI 77499, and Phenoxyethanol.
Phase D
Cool mixture to 40°C while stirring gently.
Continue mixing until homogenous.
Usage Instructions
Apply with a mascara wand from the base of the lashes to the tip. Builds in layers for desired look.
