Manufacturing Process
Preparation
Start by measuring all ingredients accurately according to the required batch size.
Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitized before use.
Mixing
In a large mixing vessel, add the Water (Aqua) and start heating to 40-45°C.
Gradually add Sodium Carbonate and Sodium Citrate while stirring continuously until completely dissolved.
Introduce the Sodium Silicate and maintain stirring to achieve a homogenous solution.
Addition of Surfactants and Adjuvants
Add Nonionic Surfactant (Alcohol Ethoxylate) while maintaining constant stirring to ensure even distribution.
Incorporate Sodium Polyacrylate as a thickener, ensuring it is mixed thoroughly.
Add Citric Acid to adjust the pH to exactly 7.
Mix in the Fragrance and Colorant last, ensuring even dispersion throughout the formulation.
Final Adjustments
Check the final pH to confirm it is exactly 7, adjusting with small amounts of Citric Acid if necessary.
Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature before packaging.
Usage Instructions
Place one pod in the dishwasher detergent compartment. Do not unwrap or puncture the pod as it is designed to dissolve during the wash cycle. Suitable for all water hardness levels.
