Manufacturing Process
Oil Phase
Melt Shea Butter and Cetearyl Alcohol in a heat-resistant container.
Add Cetearyl Glucoside and mix until uniform.
Maintain temperature at 70-75°C.
Water Phase
Combine Water and Glycerin in a separate container.
Heat to 70-75°C.
Add Aloe Vera Gel and Bamboo Extract with mixing.
Emulsification Process
Slowly add Oil Phase to Water Phase while continually stirring.
Mix thoroughly until emulsion forms and is homogeneous.
Cooling Phase
Cool the mixture to 40°C while stirring.
Add Lactic Acid to adjust pH to 7.
Add Phenoxyethanol and Lavender Essential Oil, and mix well.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of the cream to clean skin, gently massaging until fully absorbed. Use daily or as needed to maintain skin moisture and protection.
