Manufacturing Process

Mixing Phase

  1. Measure and combine Polylactic Acid and Recycled Paper Pulp in a high-shear mixer.
  2. Add Calcium Carbonate and Glycerin, and mix until uniformly distributed.
  3. Incorporate Acetic Acid slowly with continuous mixing to ensure homogeneity.

Additive Blending Phase

  1. Slowly add Composite Anti-Foaming Agent and mix thoroughly.
  2. Introduce Natural Antioxidant and blend until the mixture is stable and uniform.

Molding Phase

  1. Preheat injection molding equipment to 180°C.
  2. Feed the blended mixture into the molding machine.
  3. Inject into the mold under controlled pressure, allowing it to set and cool in place.

Usage Instructions

Use the containers for packaging takeout meals and portion-controlled servings. Ensure contents do not exceed the recommended temperature of 70°C. Containers are fully compostable in industrial facilities.
