Manufacturing Process

A

  1. Combine water and glycerin in a large mixing vessel.
  2. Heat the mixture to 75°C while stirring continuously.

  1. In a separate container, mix sunflower oil, perlite powder, and xantham gum.
  2. Blend Phase B into the heated Phase A slowly, ensuring full emulsification.

  1. Cool the mixture to 40°C before adding mycelium extract and kaolin clay.
  2. Mix in sodium bicarbonate, sodium benzoate, and potassium sorbate until homogeneous.

D

  1. Finally, add citric acid to adjust the pH to 7.
  2. Stir the mixture thoroughly and cool to room temperature before packaging.
