Manufacturing Process
A
Combine water and glycerin in a large mixing vessel.
Heat the mixture to 75°C while stirring continuously.
B
In a separate container, mix sunflower oil, perlite powder, and xantham gum.
Blend Phase B into the heated Phase A slowly, ensuring full emulsification.
C
Cool the mixture to 40°C before adding mycelium extract and kaolin clay.
Mix in sodium bicarbonate, sodium benzoate, and potassium sorbate until homogeneous.
D
Finally, add citric acid to adjust the pH to 7.
Stir the mixture thoroughly and cool to room temperature before packaging.
