Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
Add 54.0% Purified Water into the main vessel.
Heat to 70°C.
Add Biotin and stir until fully dissolved.
Glycol Phase
In a separate container, combine Propylene Glycol, Niacinamide, and Aloe Vera Extract.
Heat to 70°C.
Mix until homogeneous and add to the Aqueous Phase.
Combining Phase
Incorporate Ethyl Alcohol, followed by D-Panthenol, into the main vessel.
Ensure the mixture is uniform.
Final Phase
Cool down to 30°C while stirring.
Add PEG-12 Dimethicone and Cetrimonium Chloride.
Mix well until the product is uniform.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of the serum onto the scalp. Massage gently and do not rinse. Use daily for best results.
