Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Water Phase
Heat the Aqua to 80°C.
Add Glycerin and stir until dissolved.
Add Cetearyl Alcohol and continue to stir.
Phase B - Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, heat Cyclopentasiloxane and Cetrimonium Chloride to 80°C.
Ensure complete mixing of Phase B ingredients.
Phase C - Cool Down Phase
Combine Phase A and Phase B under continuous mixing and allow to cool to 40°C.
Add Hydrolyzed Keratin, Tocopherol, and Biotin.
Stir until homogenous.
Adjust pH to 7 with Sodium Hydroxide.
Add Phenoxyethanol as the final step.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount to damp hair after shampooing. Gently massage into scalp and distribute evenly through lengths. Leave in or rinse off depending on desired level of nourishment.
