Manufacturing Process
Oil Phase
Combine Shea Butter, Sunflower Oil, Cocoa Butter, and Cetearyl Alcohol in a heat-safe container.
Heat to 70-75°C until all solids are fully melted and mixture is uniform.
Water Phase
In a separate container, combine Aloe Vera Gel, Glycerin, and Xanthan Gum.
Heat the water phase to 70-75°C, mixing until Xanthan Gum is fully hydrated.
Emulsification Phase
Slowly add the water phase to the oil phase with continuous stirring to form an emulsion.
Maintain temperature and continue stirring until the mixture is uniform.
Cooling Phase
Begin cooling the emulsion while continuously stirring.
Once the temperature drops to 40°C, add Tocopherol, Phenoxyethanol, and Potassium Hydroxide.
Continue stirring until the cream completely cools to room temperature.
Usage Instructions
