Manufacturing Process
Phase 1 - Powder Blending
Sift Talc, Mica, and Rice Starch together until evenly mixed.
Add Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide gradually and continue blending until the mixture is homogeneous.
Phase 2 - Mixing Actives
Incorporate Green Tea Extract and Squalane into the powder blend using a blender set to medium speed.
Ensure the uniform distribution of active ingredients throughout the mixture.
Phase 3 - Final Blending and Sieving
Add Silica to the blend and process at high speed for additional 5 minutes.
Finish by sieving the entire mixture through a fine mesh to achieve a consistent particle size.
