Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat water to 75°C and maintain temperature.
Slowly add Xanthan Gum while stirring with a high-shear mixer until fully dispersed.
Oil Phase
In a separate container, combine Aloe Vera Extract, Chamomile Extract, and Peppermint Oil.
Heat to 60°C and stir gently until homogenous.
Final Processing
Slowly add the Oil Phase to the Water Phase while continuously stirring.
Cool down to 40°C, then add Glycerin and mix until uniform.
Check pH and adjust to 6.5 using citric acid if necessary.
