Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat distilled water to 70°C in a stainless steel vessel.
Dissolve glycerin and mix until homogenous.
Add silk amino acids and maintain temperature while stirring continuously.
Oil Phase
Combine jojoba oil and cyclopentasiloxane. Heat to 70°C and mix until uniform.
Add cetrimonium chloride to the oil mixture, ensure full dissolution with moderate stirring.
Emulsion Phase
Slowly add the water phase to the oil phase with a high-shear mixer at 1500 rpm.
Maintain temperature between 65-70°C and mix for 15 minutes until emulsified.
Cooling and Preservation
Allow the batch to cool to 40°C then add phenoxyethanol.
Mix gently at low speed for an additional 5 minutes while checking pH and viscosity.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount to damp, towel-dried hair from mid-length to ends. Do not rinse. Style as desired. Suitable for daily use or as needed before special events.
