Manufacturing Process

Water Phase

  1. Heat distilled water to 30°C using a stainless steel mixing tank with a propeller stirrer.
  2. Add potassium sorbate and citric acid to the warmed water and mix until dissolved (5 minutes).

Oil Phase

  1. In a separate vessel, combine lavender essential oil, chamomile essential oil, polysorbate 20, and glycerin.
  2. Stir gently with a magnetic stirrer until oils are fully incorporated (5 minutes).

Final Processing

  1. Slowly add the oil phase into the water phase while continuously mixing at 300 rpm.
  2. Incorporate aloe vera gel and mix until a uniform solution is achieved (10 minutes).
  3. Conduct quality control to ensure pH is within 5.5 - 6.5, and adjust if necessary.

Usage Instructions

Spray lightly over your pet's coat from a distance of 15-20 cm as needed during stressful situations, avoiding the face and eyes.
