Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Measure and heat Deionized Water to 40°C.
Add Polysorbate 20 and mix until fully dissolved.
Phase B
Slowly add Lavender Essential Oil and Chamomile Extract to Phase A with continuous stirring.
Mix until a stable emulsion is formed.
Phase C
Cool down the mixture to below 30°C.
Add Glycerin, Sodium Benzoate, and Citric Acid one by one, stirring well after each addition.
Finalization
Check pH and adjust to 5.5 if necessary using additional Citric Acid.
Fill into spray bottles and label.
Usage Instructions
Spray lightly on pet bedding, carrier, or directly onto the fur. Avoid spraying into eyes. Reapply as needed during periods of stress or anxiety.
