Manufacturing Process

Aqueous Phase

  1. Heat the water to 70-75°C.
  2. Dissolve Sodium PCA, and Hydrolyzed Keratin into the heated water with continuous stirring.

Oil Phase

  1. Combine Cetearyl Alcohol and Dimethicone.
  2. Heat to 70-75°C until thoroughly melted and homogeneous.

Emulsification

  1. Slowly add the Oil Phase to the Aqueous Phase with high shear mixing.
  2. Continue mixing until the emulsion is thick and uniform.

Cooling Phase

  1. Cool the mixture down to 40°C while stirring gently.
  2. Add Polyquaternium-11, Fragrance, and Phenoxyethanol.
  3. Adjust pH to 7.0 using Sodium Hydroxide.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount to clean, damp hair focusing on the roots for volume. Distribute with a comb and style as usual. For best results, use regularly.
