Manufacturing Process

Mixing Phase

  1. Preheat water to 25°C and maintain temperature throughout processing.

  3. Introduce sodium gluconate and continue stirring for an additional 15 minutes.

Final Processing Phase

  1. Gradually add stabilized hydrogen peroxide while reducing mixing speed to 800 RPM for 20 minutes, ensuring even distribution.
  2. Conduct quality control testing for hydrogen peroxide concentration and pH, ensuring it falls within specified parameters.

Usage Instructions
