Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Mix Water and Nonionic Surfactant in a mixing vessel.
Heat the mixture to 30°C until homogeneous.
Phase B
Add Anionic Surfactant to Phase A slowly while stirring.
Incorporate Protease Enzyme and Amylase Enzyme at a temperature not exceeding 35°C.
Phase C
Add Preservative, pH Adjuster, and Chelating Agent.
Maintain a temperature of 30-35°C while stirring to ensure complete dissolution.
Phase D
Slowly blend in Viscosity Modifier, ensuring uniform consistency.
Adjust final pH to 7 using Citric Acid.
Incorporate Fragrance and Colorant at cool down phase below 30°C.
