Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Mix Water and Nonionic Surfactant in a mixing vessel.
  2. Heat the mixture to 30°C until homogeneous.

Phase B

  1. Add Anionic Surfactant to Phase A slowly while stirring.
  2. Incorporate Protease Enzyme and Amylase Enzyme at a temperature not exceeding 35°C.

Phase C

  1. Add Preservative, pH Adjuster, and Chelating Agent.
  2. Maintain a temperature of 30-35°C while stirring to ensure complete dissolution.

Phase D

  1. Slowly blend in Viscosity Modifier, ensuring uniform consistency.
  2. Adjust final pH to 7 using Citric Acid.
  3. Incorporate Fragrance and Colorant at cool down phase below 30°C.

Usage Instructions

Use the recommended amount of cream detergent per wash load. Suitable for all types of fabrics. Effective even in cold water conditions.
